Sanhe Medical V980 980nm Vascular Laser
The V980 is a light, 8 kg tabletop diode laser at 980 nm, a wavelength well absorbed by blood. Its handpiece focuses the beam to a very fine 0.2 to 0.5 mm spot, so the operator can close small red and blue vessels while sparing the surrounding skin. It is used for facial thread veins, spider veins, telangiectasia and cherry angiomas, and is also listed for endovenous treatment of varicose veins. It is a compact, low-cost add-on for clinics handling vascular concerns.
