Sanhe Medical SP-4 2000PS Picosecond Laser
The SP-4 2000PS is a trolley-mounted picosecond Nd:YAG laser rated at 2000 W, with 532 nm and 1064 nm applicators. Its short, high-energy pulses split pigment into tiny fragments that the body clears over the following weeks, which Sanhe says means less discomfort and little risk of darkening afterwards. It is aimed at freckles, sun and age spots, birthmarks, nevus of Ota, cosmetic tattoo correction and general brightening. Spot size runs from 1 to 5 mm at up to 20 Hz.
