Sanhe Medical Pinxel-2 Microneedling RF Machine
Pinxel-2 offers two ways of delivering radiofrequency energy from one machine. A fractional RF applicator treats the skin surface without needles, while a microneedle applicator places the energy directly in the deeper layers for stronger resurfacing and collagen stimulation. Needle depth adjusts from 0.5 to 3.0 mm, and the stepping-motor drive and gold-plated needles are designed for smoother insertion with less bleeding. Sanhe lists it for all skin types for tightening, pores, wrinkles, scars, stretch marks and body laxity.
