Sanhe Medical ICOOL Skin Air Cooling Machine
ICOOL is a cold-air skin cooling unit used alongside lasers, IPL and radiofrequency machines. It blows chilled air at an adjustable -4 to -30 °C onto the treatment area before, during and after a session, helping reduce pain, redness, swelling and heat build-up without blocking the laser beam. Clinics use it with diode, alexandrite and Nd:YAG hair removal, IPL, fractional work and RF skin tightening, and as a quick numbing aid before injections. Six fan speeds and a 5 inch touch screen are provided.
