BV Laser BM589 HIFU Skin Rejuvenation Unit
A focused ultrasound unit offering five optional cartridge depths, from 1.5 mm for the upper skin to 13 mm for body fat layers. It delivers up to 12 lines per pass and heats the deep muscle-support layer (SMAS) to about 60-70 °C to trigger collagen remodelling and tightening. The range of depths means one machine covers facial lifting, jawline and neck tightening, and body shaping. Cartridges are rated for more than 20,000 shots, which keeps running costs predictable for a clinic.
